The need to automate certain processes become more common as the manufacturing industry evolves. Hence, automation will become the norm in the near future. Automating helps increase production yield, increases quality, cuts down on human error and decreases labour dependency. With abundant resources and parts available in the market, automation can be applied easily with moderate initial start-up costs. Additionally, a few government agencies are encouraging automation by periodically offering subsidies and grants to various sectors including manufacturing.
