Hygien Cart Mobile Pump Trolley
The Hygien Cart is a stainless steel trolley on lockable wheels that carries a Hygien or Food piston pump around a hygienic production area. Instead of installing a fixed pump at every drum station, tank and filling point, you move one pump to wherever the work is.
Why a Mobile Pump Makes Sense
- One pump serves several transfer points, which lowers capital cost
- The pump can be wheeled out of the wet area for cleaning

- Pneumatic drive means it is intrinsically safe, with no electrics on the trolley
Published Specification
Available with several pump configurations. Cart alone approximately 18 kg; with pump fitted between roughly 28 kg and 49 kg depending on the model. Maximum flow rates from approximately 20 to 45 litres per minute depending on pump. Overall dimensions approximately 1750 mm high by 900 mm wide by 600 mm deep. ATEX Zone 2 rated. Confirm the configuration against your product and duty at quotation stage.
Cart or Elevator?
The cart moves the pump horizontally around the plant. If your problem is vertical — getting the suction tube into and out of a drum and holding it at a set immersion depth — the Hygien Elevator is the right unit. Many plants end up with both.

Product transfer rarely stops at the pump.
