MEKI ONE All-in-One X-Ray Inspection System

MEKI ONE All-in-One Critical Control Point
MEKI ONE packages the x-ray unit, automatic rejector, reject confirmation sensor and lockable reject bin into a single compact frame. That is the difference between it and the base MEKI: instead of engineering a reject station around the inspection head, you install one machine that already satisfies the critical control point requirement.
Why the Integrated Reject Matters
Auditors do not accept detection alone. A defensible CCP needs the reject device, confirmation that the reject actually happened, a bin that cannot be casually opened, and a record of every event. Buying that as one commissioned unit removes the integration risk and the argument about whose reject logic failed.
Published Specification
Detection area 240 x 110 mm. Conveyor speed 0.1 to 1.3 m/s. Maximum load 3 kg. X-ray generator 30 to 60 kV, 0.2 to 2.5 mA, maximum 100 W. Linear detector 0.4 mm. IP54. Machine height 2000 mm, depth 715 mm. Weight approximately 155 kg. Stainless steel construction, 0 to 35 degrees C ambient. Confirm against the manufacturer datasheet at quotation stage.
Best Suited To
- Small primary-packaged food products
- Retailer-audited lines that need a documented CCP
- Sites with limited space for a separate reject station
Compare the X-Ray Range
Other models: MEKI (most compact, small primary packs), MEKI ONE (all-in-one with rejector and lockable bin), MEKI C (curtain-free, for cups and unstable packs), MIDMEKI (medium products and trays) and SIDEMEKI (side-shooting, for bottles and cans).
X-Ray or Metal Detection?
If metal is the only contaminant you need to catch and your packaging is not metallised, a metal detector is usually the cheaper answer. X-ray earns its cost when you also need glass, stone, bone or dense plastic detection, when packs are foil or metallised, or when you want fill level, mass and count checks in the same pass.
Installation and Line Integration
We integrate inspection equipment into new and existing lines across Malaysia: infeed and outfeed transfer under conveyor systems, positioning and tie-in under equipment installation, reject logic and reporting under automation and controls, and servicing under maintenance and repair.
