Metal Detection or X-Ray?
A metal detector finds ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless contamination and is the cost-effective answer for most lines. It cannot see glass, stone, dense plastic or bone, and it struggles with metallised film. Where those matter, x-ray inspection is the right tool — and it will also check fill level, mass and count in the same pass. We supply both.
Installation, Integration and Support
Fitting inspection equipment into a running line is the part that goes wrong. We handle line modification and transfer under conveyor systems, positioning and tie-in under equipment installation, reject logic and reporting under automation and controls, and ongoing servicing under maintenance and repair.
