Hygien Pump for Food, Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical Product
The Hygien Pump is the sanitary-grade member of the ZP Arrow piston pump range. Same pneumatic alternating-piston principle as the food pump, but designed around cleaning: it strips down by hand in seconds without tools, so changeover between products does not cost you a shift.

Construction and Specification
Product-contact parts in AISI 316 stainless steel. Seals in NBR, FKM, UHMWPE or PTFE to suit the product. Adjustable flow and delivery pressure. Published models run to approximately 51 litres per minute with pressure ratios of 2:1 or 3:1 depending on viscosity class. ATEX Zone 1 execution available as an option where the area classification requires it.
Why Tool-Free Stripdown Matters
In a plant running multiple recipes, cleaning time is production time. A pump that needs spanners and a maintenance technician to open gets cleaned less often than one an operator can strip, clean and rebuild at the end of a run. That is a hygiene outcome as much as a productivity one.
