Validation, Records and Compliance
A pharmaceutical installation is expected to arrive with qualification documentation, defined test procedures, secure reject handling with no possibility of a rejected unit re-entering the good stream, access control on settings, and an audit trail of every test and every reject. Specify these at purchase, not at inspection time.
Hygienic Installation
Stainless construction, cleanability and correct integration with the surrounding equipment matter as much as the detector. Installation, guarding and tie-in are handled by our equipment installation team, with clean utilities and product transfer piping covered under piping works and instrumentation.
